My name is Cathy Devlin and I have been working with food for over 20 years from owning and running a restaurant , cookery demonstrations both in Scotland and in America, private house party catering, weddings at venues  all over Scotland and every level of corporate catering .

 I like to think that from my years of experience, knowledge and love of food,  I can give you the freshest of  ingredients,  the most innovative menus, the friendliest and most professional  staff and perhaps that individuality that you just don't get from the bigger companies.

I have a real  passion for food and its provenance. Scotland has a natural larder of fantastic foods and I love  to showcase these as much as possible in a sometimes quirky but always imaginative way ! 

This means fresh, local and seasonal and it all helps to cut down on food miles.

 To this end I use a lot of  small, local suppliers based in and around  the Scottish Borders and  they can provide me with the best locally sourced products around ( some of it organic) from Tweedside honey to Border Beef.

 The following pages will give you some ideas but they are only a small selection . I'm happy to arrange a consultation prior to any event and listen to your ideas, discuss your budget and then come up with menus to suit.

Each event is unique and I like to think that I can provide a unique eating experience for you  whether its a special birthday at home, a wedding or a corporate event or a house party with friends.
